  Reserved a truck a month in advance at a location down the street. The night before they informed us that we had to pick it up at another location the next town over and we couldn't get it until 12 when the reservation was for 7:30.
  
  The truck was never inspected upon pickup and only had slightly above a quarter tank but was marked as half a tank and when we went to bring it back in Peterborough they told us there was nothing that could be done and that we had to put more gas in or pay a premium.
  
  While speaking to the manager he started off ok but quickly became rude and condescending. He also started mansplaining to my friend and when we mentioned he was being rude he said, "oh I haven't started getting rude yet".
  
  This half tank system you guys have is a joke and clearly a way to squeeze money at the end. I will never recommend this service to anyone. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
